Excerpt from the book
Nutrition and Psoriasis
People with psoriasis do not have problems with food itself (fruit, vegetables, meat, pastries etc) but with certain additives that these foods contain. That is what is important; there are so-called provoking agents (or provocative agents) that each person with psoriasis must identify for themselves and subsequently avoid in their diet. This alone can be enough to cause the psoriasis to calm down – frequently even without further medical treatment. This book contains all the information required for correct nutrition in the case of psoriasis.
