Salt Baths and Psoriasis, Neurodermitis
Wherever in the world water is to be found, people are overcome by the urge to get into it. It may be hot or cold, salt or fresh water, or even water containing sulfur. It is astonishing to think what people are prepared to bathe in and to what extent holy or even secret ritual surrounds certain bodies of water. Maybe the reason for this fascination is that we humans, ourselves, actually consist of so much water. Now let us consider the place of salt in water, the salt baths and its relation to psoriasis and neurodermatitis. Everyone knows that the salt in sea water is good for skin affected by psoriasis or neurodermatitis.
