Skin Care and Psoriasis or Neurodermatitis
Almost every individual has his own unique skin type and must therefore find out for himself what course of action or which skin care agents are best suited to his skin. One should not be tempted to try out just anything that we have seen in advertisements or other promotions. The basic fact is that people with psoriasis and neurodermatitis will tend to have dry skin. Therefore it is important for the skin care to have an emollient or oil available that is known from experience not to be harmful to the skin. For dry skin will always tend to develop itching; this leads to scratching and thus to a further mechanical stimulus of the skin. Anyway, it is never good to subject skin affected by psoriasis or neurodermatitis to this kind of stimulus.
